Committed to pranks and a love of syrup, the Super Troopers have turned arrest into an art form and become specialists at screwing with motorist's minds while screwing up on the job. For these highway patrolmen, the only thing better than a good prank is one-upping arch rivals - the Spurbury Local Police. But the town isn't big enough for both police forces. Budget cuts mean one force will have to go, and odds are that means the highway "super" troopers will be the first to go. Aware of the fact that their heads are on the chopping block, the super troopers try to play by the rules until a dead body, a stash of pot and an obscene little monkey enter the scene. They immediately spring into action, but, the local police are also quickly on the case. A race to catch the bad guys ensues as both forces hysterically try to become the local heroes.

I gave this movie a one star because they showed cops on syrup.also the meow thing is disrespectful to cats...like my cat wont even watch this!.............................................................................................................................................................................................ok ok ill change it...Id like to apologize for my earlier review of one star.After a toke and some consideration i now give it 5stars!!

Loved it! Hilarious movie, about US State Troopers in, Florida-finally making, a keg party illegal underage drinking party bust-that, never happens, in real life. The State Troopers work hard, to overcome, workplace prejudices, directed at them-sterotypes, applied, because they, chase down the criminals, on the highways, instead of in town. Lots of foolishness, and no real success, at reinforcement of US laws, then, finally the State Troopers, have a break through, and save the day.

So funny! I wish it was slightly less foul so I could let the kids watch it, but other than that it's one top 20 comedies I've seen
