Superhero film thats not just for guys cos deep down its a genius romcom. Its laugh out loud funny all the way through, great superhero moments, heartwarming love story. This film is EPIC and highly recommended, i cant say it enough. Its the film Ricky Gervais wished he'd written and Hollywood aspires to dream up (its British indie). You will ruddy love it I promise!

Great little surprise of a film, excellent script really well played, feels like when British films were at their best because they weren't trying to be Hollywood blockbusters and not focus on special effects and rather allow great acting and a great quality, hilarious script to do the job. Story arc is fairly predictable, however the film plays through with a good pace. This is why we should support British cinema.

I saw what they were trying to do, but they missed the mark - by quite a lot. There was 1 or possibly 2 parts that made me chuckle, but that's all. I should've known it wouldn't be great when I saw Catherine Tate was in it - it should've been a warning to me. I will heed that warning in future.
