Il seguito delle avventure dell' Uomo d' Acciaio riprende da dove era stato interrotto nella versione originale, mostrando nuovi e più emozionanti effetti speciali. Se le imprese del primo Superman vi hanno appassionato, non saprete resistere a Superman II. Tre super-potenti malvagi in fuga da Krypton vogliono impadronirsi della Terra proprio quando Superman decide di mostrare a Lois Lane il suo lato più romantico. Quando Metropolis viene assediata, il momento non è quello giusto per il figlio di Jor-El, ma è l' ideale per gli appassionati di effetti speciali. Gene Hackman ritorna accompagnato da un cast eccezionale.

Valutazioni e recensioni

Richard Lester's Superman 2 is a good Superman movie, better than his Superman 3 and his horrible Superman 4: The Quest for Peace. But not better than Richard Donner's Superman 1978 and Superman 2: The Richard Donner Cut. The Richard Donner Cut is the true Superman 2. In other words, Richard Donner is a better director than Richard Lester.

Definitely the best superman movie that I personally have ever seen. An excellent comedious all around film that I say can be watched with kids 8+. Also this general Zod is way better than that fat guy whos been in the new films.

Probably the best live action Superman of all time.. at least for now.
