In the dark comedy Susie Searches, how far will one podcaster go to capture her audience? Susie (Kiersey Clemons), an awkward college student with a failing true-crime podcast, seizes the opportunity to boost her campus and online popularity by solving the mysterious disappearance of Jesse (Alex Wolff), a campus heartthrob. With her star on the rise and the support of Sheriff Loggins (Jim Gaffigan), events ultimately take a dark turn as Susie digs out the truth and soon finds herself in over her head.
