Fresh out of film school and full of ideals Guy enters his job as a studio assistant to the Hollywood producer Buddy Ackerman. But the turns as fast around roaring and egocentric despot who cares harass his merciless environment. Especially Buddy Guy has to endure humiliation. The only bright spot in this crisis, is his love for Dawn, who wants his help bringing her script ""Real Life"" on the star producers. Guy learns quickly, is played according to the rules in Hollywood. And at some point it comes to the timing of revenge ...
