From director-writer-producer Todd Field comes TรR, starring Cate Blanchett as the iconic musician, Lydia Tรกr. The film examines the changing nature of power, its impact and durability in our modern world.
Strong acting, but the principal argument of the film is questionable at best. I'm wondering what made Blanchett agree to play a character this indefensible. The movie is like Bombshell told from Roger Ailes's perspective. Why are we doing this?
