Le réalisateur Taika Waititi met en scène avec humour et sensibilité, JOJO RABBIT, une satire de la Seconde Guerre mondiale qui suit un petit allemand solitaire dont la vision du monde est bouleversée lorsqu'il découvre que sa mère cache une jeune fille juive dans leur grenier. Avec l'aide de son ami aussi imaginaire que grotesque, Adolf Hitler, Jojo doit faire face à son nationalisme aveugle.

Notes et avis

The movie gives a sincere insight to how many Hitler Youth probably saw the war and their leader. It really makes an impression as it gives a surreal picture of the cruelties and terrifying realities in WWII that were propagated as part of the uprising to be a world power. I really appreciated this approach when the norm usually involves a mission, intense dialog and fight scenes. Definitely thought provoking.

This is a pathetic boring movie. I turned it off before it was over. The academy must have been on a week long drunk to nominate this as best picture.

Enjoyed the Humor, witty, dark. . . But also very insightful to show the change in his mind as he slowly broke the barriers that was built in him.
