Após dois anos nas ruas de Gotham City, Batman está cada vez mais à vontade nas sombras, fazendo os criminosos tremer de medo com a sua presença. Este vigilante solitário apenas poderá contar com a ajuda de alguns aliados na corrupta estrutura de poder da cidade, tornando-se um símbolo de vingança para todos os cidadãos. Quando um assassino sádico coloca na mira a elite de Gotham, o melhor detetive do mundo terá de seguir uma série de pistas nebulosas até ao submundo, onde irá encontrar Selina Kyle (Catwoman), Oswald Cobblepot (o Pinguim), Carmine Falcone e Edward Ashton (o Enigma). As pistas levarão Batman até ao seu próprio círculo íntimo, tornando clara a dimensão dos planos maquiavélicos colocados em ação. Ele terá de criar novas alianças, desmascarar o culpado e levar à justiça o abuso de poder e corrupção que há muito atormentam Gotham City.

I went to see this in the cinema and it was a MASTERPIECE. It is one of my favourite movies of all time. All the actors were incredible in this movie. Robert Pattinson is amazing as Batman. It is the movie of the year

Bring back Christian Bale, story was weak.
