I wish I could have gotten more description I have had screws put in the back of my neck and spine and now my arms and legs are weak and my right leg sometimes trails I also gained weight and I need to lose this weight and I want to work on my stress depression high blood pressure and the pain in my back I'm hoping that this CD will help me it didn't explain everything

I had back issues for years. A pinched nerve in my spine would cause my arms and wrists to go numb. I spent thousands of dollars on spinal decompression and didn't receive the desired healing until I started practicing qi gong. I'm a big guy and I've never felt more flexible. I feel like I know they way my body is supposed to pop and snap to realign now. I originally found this program from Matthew Cohen on you tube. A short 15 min clip from it. I wish I would have discovered it before spinal decompression.
