When Dulane volunteers to teach dance in the New York public school system, his background first clashes with his students' tastes...but together they create a completely new style of dance.

Such a great amazing movie. I just spent 2 hours huntint it down on cable tv web graboid amazon and finally google play had it for my tablet!!:) im in high cotton ty heaven. Enjoy the movie, its worth it.

Brings out many of the things that I love about social dancing. Teamwork, trust, respect, self-control, communication, the moment...and the list goes on. Some great dance scenes too.

Dance is an excellent teacher of rythem, communication, interaction...Its self-control, trust, teamwork, communication all wrapped up into one intricate expression: DANCE.
