Shiva, the ultimate cop, has left the police department and has returned to his hometown, Cinemapatti. He is brought back to resolve a crisis situation. Once the situation is handled, Shiva is requested by the Commission of Police to join back the department. But he refuses and walks away. P, a dreaded don who poses a threat to the society kills Shiva's wife. Shiva is forced to rejoin the department and he tries all the possible ways to nab and destroy P.
