Arnie looked great, back in the saddle as the Terminator. But this one is a mixed bag for me. I had problems with the overpowered T-X model. Kristana Loken is beautiful, but eye candy as a gimmick isn't enough. Nick Stahl and Claire Forlani are crap in this. There was a whole series of dark films like this where nobody really won anything and heroes failed. Judgement Day happening just undid all the stuff in T2. That I hate the most. Avoid.

As a turn your brain off action movie it's great, the effects are good enough & the action is really good. Claire Danes does a decent job considering what she was given, Arnie was excellent as usual, John Connor however is just meh at best. The T2 rehash is lazy, the new TX was also lazy & poorly used. Reprogramming the already reprogramed T800 while he was still able to fight it & soak normally made no sense. It's the best of the bad Terminator movies, the ending however is pretty solid tbh. 3*

The could-have-been-directed-by-Michael-Bay of the Terminator franchise. No suspension of disbelief required here - you have to toss out all sense entirely. You might even lose IQ points watching this BUT: It's fun. And, I'm guessing, still a lot more intelligent than any Kardashian nonsense out there. The casting is off - Claire Danes is ok. Ish. But the dude playing John Conner? Eh. The plot? Forget about it. The bare bones of it is yet again: killing machine tries to bump off JC. Fails.
