Woke follywood feminist garbage. A total hot garbage reboot that ignores everything that made the originals interesting in favor of a woke hispanic blue collar narrative that would have been much better served in its own universe instead of hijacking a well-known IP and flushing that entire universe down the toilet for no reason at all, aside from being woke and "just cause". If this was the first introduction into some stand alone "Mexican robot annihilator" series it would have probably sold.

If you go into this movie not expecting it to compare to T1 & T2, you'll probably have a good (not great) time. Tone and execution are similar to T4, in terms of going in the right direction but just not quite reaching potential. I'd say if you watch T1, T2 & T6 back to back it makes a good Sarah Connor trilogy.

Decent film 3/5. One huge technical problem. So this film has subtitles, which is good obviously. however the lack of English subtitles for the opening 20 minutes when Spanish is spoken is very poor. I don't understand half the conversation in the opening 20 minutes. A very important part of a film is the opening 20 minutes. However... turn off the subtitles and it shows the Spanish in subtitles translated. But then of course, the English is not subtitled which was the whole point. Please fix.
