Very very informative movie about hidden sugars in every day food... shocking actually. His roll through Kentucky and those interviews alone is worth the price of admission. I would give it 5 stars, but it's no Goodfellas. Just sayin.

Indeed, he did an experiment on himself. If it is a group experiment of 1000 people, the result will be more meaningful.
