(B&W film) An enjoyable older Disney (Buena Vista) live-action film about a professor who's more focused on his scientific discovery than his personal life till he finds success then tries to correct his neglected personal life with his invention. It's got some great special effects for it's time and it's far more patriotic than I remember it being when I watched it as a kid. But, the funniest thing about this film is seeing the relaxed nature of choosing to get married at the time.

I remember getting to watching this for the first time in the 5th grade at school as part of a good behavior reward. We were allowed to bring our slumber bags and camped out in the gymnasium eating popcorn while watching this movie. #goodtimes

Never heard my eight year old laugh so hard. A classic that still gets the laughs.
