Intrigued by the real life mystery that surrounds a Murder House in the town of Villisca, a group of friends set out to find the truth for themselves. After travelling to the scene of the crime, Caleb, Denny and Jess take a guided tour that follows the final steps of the parents and four children that were brutally murdered over a hundred years prior. Dissatisfied with their findings, the group decide to return, after dark, to see if they can find the rumoured spirits that live within the walls. However, on their return, they quickly regret their decision and soon find out that the past is not dead and buried, but angry and ready for revenge... Will the group of friends be able to escape the nightmare house that they are trapped in, or will they too be destined to haunt the walls, waiting for their next victims?
