Geoffrey Rush stars in this stylish art world thriller as Virgil Oldman, managing director of a leading auction house. A man with his own individual style, he regularly dyes his hair, never goes out without his finest leather gloves and tries to reveal as little as possible of his emotional world. One day, Oldman receives a special assignment: a mysterious young woman, who refuses to appear in person, asks him to sell her family's antiques. Not only interested in her classical paintings and furniture, Oldman becomes increasingly fascinated by the mysterious incognito woman, who will only communicate with him from behind thick walls and heavy doors. Directed by Academy Award winner Giuseppe Tornatore (Cinema Paradiso), this sumptuous and entertaining mystery of passions, neuroses and intrigue twists and turns through Vienna, Prague, Bolzano and Merano. Starring Geoffrey Rush in a superb performance, The Best Offer also features Jim Sturgess and Donald Sutherland.

Like "The Iron Giant" this amazing movie cries out for the next "chapter" in this man's life, and possibly how he can accomplish what seems to be the "impossible mission."

It's one of the best movie ever when they stole all his paintings I was shocked I didn't see that coming
