About this movie

U.S. Army Ranger Shawn Black (Michael Matthais of CAUGHT IN THE CROSSFIRE) returns home from Afghanistan to find that his parents have been brutally murdered. But when he discovers that his war hero brother has been reborn as the Vampire King known as Kane (Vinnie Jones of X-MEN: THE LAST STAND), he vows revenge on the vampire army that slaughtered his family. Now with the help of a rogue priest (Michael Madsen of RESERVOIR DOGS, KILL BILL VOL. 1 & 2) with a taste for machine guns and a party girl (Rachelle Leah of UFC®) with a love of muscle cars, Black will battle Kane and his blood-crazed legions on a highway that leads straight to Hell. Kat Von D (TV's L.A. Ink), DMX (EXIT WOUNDS), and Armand Assante (AMERICAN GANGSTER) co-star in this horror-thriller packed with explosive action, high-speed mayhem, and total supernatural carnage.

This movie is the worst movie that I have seen. I stuck by and gave it a chance (mainly because Kat Von D is in it), and that is an 83 minutes of my life WASTED. The plot is absolutely revolting. There are no big surprises or plot twists, it's just there. It would be greatly improved instead if they had a scene of Shawn in war and he watched his brother die, that way you could see what he looked like and understand his personality and grasp and emotional connection. Later, Shawn would find out that Kane was his brother transformed into a horrible monster. It really bugged me that the priest told him this and knew exactly how it happened, but did not know where Kane's party was being held. Another thing that angered me is that Kat was one of the main cast members, but all she did was stand around and say a total of 14 words. I'm not kidding, watch the movie and count it yourself. I even saw some repeated clips in this movie. Yeah, they took clips and repeated them again to fill the spot. I honestly saw so much potential for this movie, and I can go on and on about how bad it was. The acting is horrid, the character relationships are so distant. DO NOT WATCH. IT'S REALLY BAD.
