Newcomer Quinton Aaron portrays the oversized teenager transformed from a homeless street kid to a star athlete through the kindness and charity of a dynamic woman (Bullock--Gravity) who offers him a stable home, a caring family and the opportunity to follow his dreams. Tim McGraw takes the role of the husband who discovers the boy's talent, and Kathy Bates (Misery) plays the young man's strict tutor in this riveting, heartfelt true story directed by John Lee Hancock.

The Blind Side is one of my favorite movies like forever especially basketball / football related. I love this movie and its story so long ago someone with an disability fit with others who don't share his emotions like he does. People with disabilities who started to experience hanging around everyone interest them in believe on themselves of who you are and someone to look up to them. I live with a disability and still trying to manage my skills, knowledge, and lifestyle through the people around me, my family, friends, teachers, and mentors who taught me on into doing better with myself. For a long time all I want to be is fit in the same world with everyone has the right intelligence to go somewhere for their lives.

Loved it! This movie is heart warming,loving and speaks volumes of we are all God children created in his image. Down to earth kind of movie for sure. Rich family sees someone needing a helping hand so they take him in and discovers that he has a heart for football. This is definitely a family movie of people with different backgrounds that kinda bumped into each other and formed a bond that led to adoption. This is a movie that Iove and have watched countless times. Bought a copy

I WANT TO FINISH THIS MOVIE! I've started watching it TWICE but STILL HAVEN'T MANAGED TO SEE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! But what I have seen is one of the best good feel sports movies I've ever seen. I wish I could remember enough to say more.
