Ummm... 'Boss Baby 2' is... weird. The overall message is that parents/adults are destroying the world, but they need to be saved (from mind control) because of unconditional love...? Also, it's as if the writers desperately wanted, so hard, to aggressively irritate adults living in red states that the beginning of this film is borderline cringe for people (like myself) who have absolutely no problem with the type of family the main characters represent.

Could hardly focus on this one, was not interesting as the first one with conflicting dialogues and soundtracks... this takes your attention away seriously. Found less funny moments and I think this movie fails to justify itself. Just put it on for the kids and do some chores.

If you didn't like the first one, you will definitely not like the sequel. That's one of the most charming things about the film, is that the creators kept with their original visions and didn't even "try" to simple things down. There's even a fourth-wall joke about it. I give it a 4 instead of 5 stars, due to slight Woke elements and race changing of a character. It doesn't ruin the film, but Woke is Woke. I had my doubts when they announced a sequel, but it holds up well to the original.
