The Boy and the Beast tells the story of Kyuta, a young orphan boy living on the streets. It's definitely a fun watch, but I can't say anything stood out for me in particular. Maybe the fight scenes and the bond between formed between the two leads. Which pays off well at the end of the movie.

A really lovely movie. Thankfully it has its Japanese audio intact (I wish I could say the same about other anime and Japanese media available to purchase on Play). Wonderful concept, endearing characters and splendid direction.

How to get past sudden loss and being all alone in your heart? There's no quick answer, that's why this full feature creation is quite a bit longer than typical and still feels a tad rushed at places. Good laughs, good tears and heart warming feeling at the end guaranteed!
