At first I thought 'When did 8 man crew become as popular as college football', but after a while, it didn't matter. Well done movie, credibility comes from the fact that it is a true story. You can actually find Wikipedia pages for some of the rowers that went on to successful careers. Very telling was the scene where the coach is looking through the lockers and sees that most of the student's shoes have holes in the soles. Man do we have it easy today!
