This is the weirdest movie I have ever seen. It had some really good parts and some cringe worthy, terrible parts. There was no "chemistry" between anyone. I feel like this movie could have been MUCH better if it had been "put together" properly. It feels like it was directed by two different people. Or maybe there was an executive producer that shouldn't of been involved. Heath did an excellent job. A lot of his manorisms were similar to how he acted as The Joker in The Dark Knight.

Why on Earth was Matt Damon doing an English accent to play a German legend? And a Swedish actor playing a Frenchman with no effort to change his accent. Hopefully someone will retell the story of the Grimm Brothers with more authenticity.

Given the trailer, I expected better. The plot was pretty good, some of the special effects were pretty good, but characters were shallow, and the acting was . . . weak. I expected better for a movie with Heath Ledger and Matt Damon.
