This movie by itself is a great story. Unfortunately the people that made the on-screen adaptation decided to change it so much that no further movies can be made, and the author wasn't aware of the drastic changes until it was too late. The series is amazingly descriptive, although the author ended it more abruptly than was expected. She originally intended to write 7 books, but wrapped it up in 6.

Having read the books and watching the movie, I personally love it. The research put into the books as well as the links between history and the characters have stuck with me thru out the years.

I loved the movie more than the book, which I also loved. My only problem is after I bought it and watched it twice, it disappeared from my movies and I don't know how to contact this website
