Jack Conrad is a death-row prisoner in a corrupt Central American prison who is "purchased" by a wealthy television producer to take part in an illegal reality game show. I think the creators thought, "Wow Battle Royale is awesome but no way American audiences can handle high school kids being forced to kill each other," so they scaled it up to this. ***** Then Hunger Games came out. Lol.

When he is not busy beating his wife steve likes to play a movie character.. Hard pass for me..
