The supernatural thriller brings to the screen another real case from the files of renowned demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren. Reprising their roles, Oscar nominee Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson star as Lorraine and Ed Warren, who, in one of their most terrifying paranormal investigations, travel to north London to help a single mother raising four children alone in a house plagued by malicious spirits.

Basically a demon wants to destroy all the furniture around in a house while terrorizing a little girl. I do not understand.... I'm missing something. Mmm. Maybe terrorize everyone. Crooked man was really disturbing and should have been in it more.

As we say in Texas, this thing was ridickalous. There was no art in it, no technique. It looks like what it probably is: a project by a syndicate of investors who saw this as something they could whip together and pull a profit from. It descended into high comedy pretty quickly by way of cliche. Toward the end, it likely was for the actors what it was for viewers, something to slog through, wrap up and try to forget. Well, on to the next rental..

It is definitely worth your money... This movie had me super scared and I watched it with 5 ppl...I love scary movies don't listen to other ppl when they say this movie isn't worth it because there lying.
