À propos de ce film

When Chloe (Kristen Dalton) and Michael Carpenter rent out the cottage behind their house to charming romance novelist, Robert Mars (David Arquette) their American dream soon turns into a suburban nightmare. Things go horribly wrong when Chloe begins to suspect Robert is not who he says he is and she soon realizes that she's in the fight of her life to protect herself and her family.

and I completely agree! From Fangoria magazine: "...an inspired premise, several unpredictable twists and a serviceable lead performance by Arquette, who puts his quiet, unassuming charm to villainous use in an uncharacteristically dialed-down performance."
