I wish I read the other reviews before purchase. I went for it as it had a good cast. God this film is boring. You keep thinking ' ok it's going to kick in now and get exciting' It doesn't. Its dead! Dead boring. At some point you realise dam its an anticlimax film, not to mention embarrassingly banal. Brad Pitt needs to ask himself what he's doing, this is the second terrible film I've seen him in, lately. Don't judge a book by this cover, it's just a load of rubbish. Insanely boring. Bardem was interesting but not worth torturing your self with sheer boredom not to mention a waste of a good fiver to see him. I'm still shaking my head, it was a joke.

Ridley Scott is a great director, he did Gladiator, wow I love that film but unfortunately with this film what you get is a bit of a mess of a film. A great cast but not great acting, potentially a great film but it's very poor. But for those who hate Brad Pitt you'll love the ending to this. I'll say no more. Don't bother renting or buying. One of Ridley Scott cheap rubbish if you must.

Maybe is because I personally love the writing of McCarthy, I liked this movie a lot. Ridley Scott has his up and downs in choosing the story, sometimes, but in this case, you have the perfect mix of a good story and the great visuals of one of the greatest directors of our time. All the characters are in their place, fantastic photography and great editing. To watch.
