Now I know why I've never seen this Wayne movie play on any Sunday afternoon TV movie. I don't agree with what they shown. Left me depressed.

It was great but seriously you think it's animal abuse. I love animals except cats but really thats life. Great movie. 4 ever live John Wayne in my heart

A great story of Justice, perseverance and heartbreak. A few actors had their break out rolls in this film. The cowboys do a great job working with Wayne and vice versa. This is a classic which will go down in my book as one of John Wayne's best performances.
