I had no idea what I was getting into when I settled into viewing this film however, once I started, I couldn't turn away. One of the best documentaries I've seen in years. Whether you're a fan of X game sporting or not, this film is a must see. It is intense, charismatic and the soundtrack only adds to its splendor.

Crash reel is a scary look at head injuries. Unlike other injury/come back movies this one also shows the friends and family's side. I highly recommend it.

Far more than your average sports movie, this biopic charts the career and personal life of snowboarder Kevin Pearce, both before and after his career ending injury. Filled with promise and natural talent rivaling that of megastar Shaun White, Pearce's rise to the top is tragically cut short after a horrific crash results in serious injuries, including trauma to his eyes and a concussion resulting in TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The strength and courage he subsequently displays are truly an inspiration!
