Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse – the greatest inventors of the industrial age – engaged in a battle of technology and ideas that would determine whose electrical system would power the new century. Backed by J.P. Morgan, Edison dazzles the world by lighting Manhattan. But Westinghouse, aided by Nikola Tesla, has seen fatal flaws in Edison's direct current design. Westinghouse and Tesla bet everything on risky and dangerous alternating current.

Great Movie Clearly from a dead company who failed to list the movie correctly, The Current War follows Edison & Westinghouse. While not completely accurate, it brings alot of interest into a story that needs alot of cinematic storytelling for the sake of future generations. Would highly recommend, comparable to The Imitation Game.

Looks great. One of the biggest battles to ever have lost..

Very good film. Well acted, well shot, good story. It should've come out when planned years ago.
