Informazioni su questo film

Christian Bale and director Christopher Nolan reunite following their blockbuster success with Batman Begins! This time, Heath Ledger joins the cast as The Joker, and Aaron Eckhart stars as Harvey Dent in an all-new adventure of The Dark Knight. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) and new district attorney Harvey Dent (Eckhart--Thank You for Smoking), Batman sets out to destroy organized crime in Gotham City forever. The three enjoy early success, but they soon find themselves prey to a rising criminal mastermind known as The Joker (Ledger--Brokeback Mountain), who throws Gotham into anarchy and forces Batman ever closer to crossing the line between hero and vigilante.

5/5 stars because Heath Ledger's Joker performance was so convincing and powerful and so strong that it influenced my husband to give up on life and hang himself in our garage to be honest....he definitely became a little too unnaturally obsessed with this movie and i had bought it for his birthday after we saw it at the theater where he never even had his usual mid-movie cigarette break....he was like that glued to the screen.... I do not hate this film.,..it deserves credit for great performan

From the Best of the Batman movies, genius Christopher Nolan brings the Dark Knight to the big screen . The series looks at the pain, burden, and quest Bruce Wayne endures.Nolan has out done any/every other Batman , ever. The anger and guilt Bruce carries. The 2nd and 3rd films are spectacular w HD Filming. And a bow to Heath Ledger, as The Joker. Won the only postumous Oscar, ever. Thx Heath, you are missed.

Dramatization was given center-stage over logic. Joker was a psychological menace, most of his plans involved blowing up stuff. It came to a point where the Joker just seemed like another thug. Transition for two-face was rushed. Dent was a respectable and intelligent man, to be convinced by the Joker that he wasn’t the one to blame for Rachel, but rather that Batman and Gordon were to blame was the last straw in a huge string of holes. But you sheep should just go about with the hype.
