So Bane inserted himself into a CIA black op flight, instructs his gang overtakes it in the air, pulls himself and Dr Fusion bomb out, crashed the plane and leaves a "body" in it. So that 6 months later he can blow up a staduim and kills the either Gotham City Football team (except that guy who scores), so that he can publicly break Dr fusion bomb's neck in front of the crowd? Bane went through all these trouble just to make a statement that nobody can disarm the fusion bomb? How about just crashing the plane with Dr Fusion in it 6 months ago? Surely someone from CIA would've written up a report with the same conclsuion? You know what Bane? Just throw Batman into the sewer and work with Tale to slow boil the bomb. No one would've noticed it until it goes off.

Christopher Nolan is an amazing director and almost never fails to disappoint. But the only problem with this is that when he doesn't deliver something great, you're like: "Whaaaat......?". Mainly because we expect everything from him to be amazing. Not to say that "The Dark Knight Rises" failed to please me. I'm happy with it, but I believe that if they spread the movie over two films and touched up more on the origins of Selina Kyle and Bane, and developed Talia 'Al Ghul a little bit more we would have been a lot more satisfied.

After an amazing second film, how could the series fall flat on such a silly end. Why would Batman sit on his Batbutt for 8 years after his crush dies, and then attack Alfred when he learns she never loved him back? This is the guy who took up crime fighting to avenge his dead parents after all. It just doesn't make sense. Why does Commissioner Gordon send every cop in Gotham into Bane's lair and obvious trap? Why does Catwoman become so suddenly useless when the manly hero disappears for six months? How is it possible for a city to be crime-free just because an attourney dies? There are a lot of moments like this in Rises which makes me wonder if they rushed this movie out and didn't stop and think about whether certain things made sense. Such a shame.
