An American mercenary (Rob Freeman of SAVING PRIVATE RYAN), the sole survivor of a plane crash, has to run across Africa, battling with the living dead. Joining forces with a local military man desperately searching for his son amongst the chaos, he fights to survive, in the first zombie road movie ever.

If you judge this movie against only zombie movies it's not bad. It has a decent story and a recognizable couple of actors that try to make lemonade from lemons. If you still had a video store this would be a rental for the average zombie fan or maybe a buy when it falls into the extreme value bin at Walmart.... Just my opinion.

Ok, so reading the good reviews I downloaded this instead of another film I'd already seen (The Mist). I was kind of expecting some sort of generic Zombie post apocalyptic film with the usual scares and suspense etc. This provides none of them! The characters and plot are boring as hell. The story and the way it unfolds is truly dire. The zombies are absolutely rubbish! I like my zombies to be fast and aggressive like 28 days later or Dawn of the dead. Most encounters are really hammy and eeked out for far too long. If you've seen Austin powers and can remember the steam roller moment, that's exactly what you can expect with every zombie scene. ZZZZzzzz snorefest!

One of the worst zombie movies I have seen yet. Hardly any dialogue, poor plot, it was a desperate attempt for a movie. The zombies were not bad at all. The characters were lame. I wish I had 2 more hands ao I could give this movie 4 thumbs down.
