It's the greatest zombie cast ever disassembled starring Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Tilda Swinton, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Iggy Pop, Sara Driver, RZA, Selena Gomez, Carol Kane, Austin Butler, Luka Sabbat and Tom Waits. In the sleepy small town of Centerville, something is not quite right. The moon hangs large and low in the sky, the hours of daylight are becoming unpredictable and animals are beginning to exhibit unusual behavior. No one foresees the strangest and most dangerous repercussion that will soon start plaguing the town: The Dead Don't Die – they rise from their graves and savagely attack and feast on the living – and the citizens must battle for their survival.

saw this in theaters, and it was awful. it was slow, boring an nothing happens. its the kind of smug pretentious movie thats in love with how "clever" it thinks it is. seriously this one of the most blunt and ham fisted movies i have ever seen it has zero subtlety what so ever. the director made steve buscemi wear a hat that says make America white again for all his scenes and all the other characters talk about how much they hate him for most of the movie it feels like bill Murry was only in this movie because he owed the director a favor, and that really comes across in his bland lifeless performance and the same can be said for the rest cast as well.

not one of Jim Jarmusch's better films. well, i've actually loved all his other films that i've seen. so this might be only the one that has been a little bit of a disappointment in comparison. it just wasnt as engaging, not enough plot. but i would give it 3.5 stars. sorry for you folks that arent familiar with his style and hated it.

I gave it a try and watched the whole movie. And boy the running jokes throughout the movie were bad and I couldn't believe they did that scene towards the end of the movie. Don't want to give too much away but man this movie was bad. Great cast poor execution they had a chance to be better then zombie land and fell flat
