Twelve American military prisoners are offered parole--if they complete a suicide mission behind enemy lines just before D-Day. After weeks of grueling training, they are dressed in German uniforms, dropped deep behind enemy lines and left on their own to complete their mission and try to get out alive. Genuinely, I loved this film. It in itself is a wonderfully made film with a very 60's feeling. I mean after all, it was made in the 60's It is great and I am with this film
