Strange, I don't really know why. I regularly go through Parkez & Forbes, & past 'The Dish' itself, & remember the day. Will always be a favourite.

This is a gentle movie with lovable characters and loads of funny moments. I wasn't alive in 1969, but this movie really succeeds in capturing a lot of the excitement of the people during the time of the first moon landing. Never marketed as a feel-good movie but it most certainly is. A classic. One of the best Australian movies of all time.

Renting it was fine but I'd love to be able to rewatch it whenever I like. Sadly there is no purchase option
