Molly Hartley (Sarah Lind) is all grown up, but the unholy demon inside her lives on in this all-new, UNRATED sequel that takes terror to the next level! Six years after graduating high school — and discovering that a secret pact assigned her soul to the devil — Molly is suspected of murder and confined to a mental hospital, where she wreaks supernatural havoc on the staff and patients. Her only hope is an exorcism by a defrocked priest (Devon Sawa) looking to redeem himself and save Molly's life before her hideous "transformation" is complete...but Satan has other plans!

I couldn't watch this movie with out constantly being reminded of both A Haunted House and Scary Movie. Wasn't scary to me at all. I think my 2 year old nephew shivered with fear in his little diaper.

This was a follow up to a previous film. Except this film does not follow up the original film. The main character having the same name is the only thing in common. Instead of improving the story from the first film, they made a generic possession movie. While watchable they should have just made a generic possession film. Instead of hoping to get free advertising by using a known property.

Almost nothing in this film coincides with reality. The only research the film makers did seems to be other horror movies. Check out The Rite for a look at what exorcism really looks like.
