It charged Rs.50 when I added my debit card for the first time.But I am happy now that they are finally accepting debit cards in India and not just CC. I had tried adding many times before only to get rejected. Now, at least I am a verified Google wallet user and could get content from Play which I didn't had access to before. Edit: they reversed it while I was typing this... took only a matter of minutes.

Guys it is a free movie. It will ask for your debit/card number. Dont hesitate to give it.
