About this movie

Hazel (Shailene Woodley) and Gus (Ansel Elgort) share a sarcastic wit, a disdain for the ordinary, and a love that sweeps them on an unforgettable journey. Although the teens face challenges, they learn that while life isn't perfect, love is extraordinary. Laura Dern (Little Fockers) and Sam Trammell (TV's True Blood) also star in this powerful film based on John Green's New York Times bestseller.

It's wonderful. You'll laugh, you'll question life, and you'll cry more than you think is possible in a 2 hour time frame.. But it is by far the best movie I've ever seen. Nothing else like it. I've watched it 31 times now, not that I'm a freak, it's just that good. It never gets old. It's one of only few movies that doesn't sugar coat the casualties. It will change your perspective of life in a wonderful way. If you haven't watchedit yet, do it now. You can not possibly get anything more out of a movie. It makes you feel true emotion. Even if you're not a crier, you will cry, laugh and every single thing in between. I absolutely LOVE this movie.

The girl has a medical condition so we might preoccupy our mind that this is story about a helpless girl trying to find some love in her life. Well, she does find true love eventually but its not the end. Those zodiac stars (if any) have written some different story for her, faulty one in this case. The beauty of the movie is in the transformation of a situation which will make you to realise that nothing should be granted in life, nothing is certain, and the ever changing situations are the true beauty of life. Nothing is eternal except the true love you.

This story brought me to tears so many times that I couldn't keep track. The entire movie is filled with bittersweet romance that can make anyone have to pause just to soak it all in. Hollywood did an amazing job recreating the feelings that JG captured in his book. 10/10 it was brilliant.
