When a gifted ghostwriter (Ewan McGregor) is hired to write the memoirs of former British Prime Minister Adam Lang (Pierce Brosnan), he quickly finds himself trapped in a web of political and sexual intrigue. Very suspenseful but no follow through. Left on edge for hope of something happening. Which never does.

A lot of twist & turns in this movie. The Ghost Writer kept me on the edge of my seat. They stayed true to the novel.

Good writing and acting. Surprising plot.
