关于此电影

Simon (Jason Bateman) and Robyn (Rebecca Hall) are a young married couple whose life is going just as planned until a chance encounter with an acquaintance from Simon's high school sends their world into a harrowing tailspin. Simon doesn't recognize Gordo (Joel Edgerton) at first, but after a series of uninvited encounters and mysterious gifts prove troubling, a horrifying secret from the past is uncovered after more than 20 years. As Robyn learns the unsettling truth about what happened between Simon and Gordo, she starts to question: how well do we really know the people closest to us, and are past bygones ever really bygones? From the producer of Whiplash and The Purge, Jason Blum, comes a chilling psychological thriller that marks the feature directorial debut of acclaimed actor and writer Joel Edgerton (The Great Gatsby, Zero Dark Thirty, Warrior). 2015 STX Productions, LLC and Blumhouse Productions, LLC. A wonderful twisting tale of people's shifting character. At times it feels like a slasher flick, at times a thriller, and occasionally almost (but not quite) romantic. Strong performances and an unpredictable plot mean an enjoyable ride.

This is not a horror film, but it does get tense. Because the house they live in is just windows everywhere "spoilers" it does give a premises of asking yourself "is he there or watching" which made the film super satifing. It ant perfect, but it gets you loving it. Finding out the secrets of the other characters, and make you think. "DON'T BE A D*CK"

Brilliant story. A past schoolfriend meeting someone he knew. someone who obviously did not like him in the past school days. A building crescendo of revenge through gifts causing a once happy marriage to crumble. The wife did not really know her husband as he hid a secret from her but the chance encounter with a past schoolfriend brought all the uglyness to the surface
