The Girl Next Door unfolds in a quiet suburban town in the summer of 1958. 12-year old David Moran (Daniel Manche) discovers that his next-door neighbours, the Chandlers, have adopted two girls; Megan Loughlin (Blythe Auffarth) and her younger sister Susan (Madeline Taylor), recently orphaned in a terrible car crash, leaving them in the care of their mentally unstable aunt Ruth (Blanche Baker).David befriends the older of the two girls, and as he falls in love with her, he begins to notice that the girls presence in the house next door seems to provoke inexplicable jealousy and resentment from their aunt. Just watched this movie. I just kept thinking y is nobody saying nothing to help this girl and y is this woman not in prison. What did the kids get out of this. They are all even the girls that were there, are gonna grow up to be insane like the caregiver. 😢😢😢

WOW Im usually able to switch off and watch the true stories but this is probably the second hardest movie ive ever watched and ive watched alot of true crime and docos and movies but this ... this ones hard to watch.

I shall nvr watch another movie like that... omg that was the most Distubing movie ive seen... ever!!! (WARNING TO ALL. DONT LET YOU KIDS OR ANYONE WATCH THIS!!!! EVER!!!!)
