I sincerely believe the girl in a spider's web was a wonderful movie and I just can't believe why would this movie only received only 3 stars :( . I was particularly surprised the way the story was unfold never thought it would be about Lisbeth's father. Of course I must say that this flick was an action packed movie which I sincerely appreciate considering that the protagonist is a strong woman kicking a bunch of a**holes rear. I think it"s a well written script as the author was capable of enhancing the character's strength and for that I must say it 's was an excellent work. Finding out more about her relatives it makes me see deeper through Lisbeth psyche and understand why she has become so tough and sharp. my only wish though was for her to finally be with Bloomqvist but that just me being romantic as usual. I "ll definitely watch this movie again as soon as my toddlers allow me lol so get your bottle Muscatto bottle set, tartar sauces, fish sticks, salsa sauces and doritos ready end enjoy this excellent movie. P.S. AWESOME WORK Alvarez unfortunately definitely two thumbs up would of gave him more if we I had more then two thumbs lol

so ..I didnt like the 1st one I saw with Daniel Craig..It was to dry for my taste but I did like this one... Ive never seen the orignals I kee hearing about so cant say one way or the other in comparison.. My chief complaint however is that the 1st hour almost seems like someone screwed up the editing..The main characters jump around with no backround of anything until later

Boring and unnecessary. Claire Foy was totally not believable as Lisbeth. It was already embarrassing enough that America remade the first original Girl With The Dragon Tattoo merely a year or two after the original was released. It barely made it to DVD and the U.S. was slready trying to capitalize on This movie looks really cheap. I was disappointed too because Fede Alvarez struck gold twice the Evil Dead reboot and Dont Breathe. Dont waste your time or money. Go to the dollar tree instead.
