Steven Seagal stars as a cop on the trail of a serial murderer in this psychological action-thriller. Seagal is John Cole, a lieutenant specializing in serial murderers, who teams with a homicide detective (Keenen Ivory Wayans) to track an elusive killer.

I love this movie. Lots of martial arts action and comedy throughout. An older movie but still great value in the year 2022. I believe one of Steven Segals best performances. A cop who is in control of his emotions, has a philosophy for why he does what he does and he can fight and defend himself and others well.
