This, and Cars 2 are hands-down Pixar's worst movies. The animation is beautiful as always, but the antagonists throughout the story are hyper cliches and caricatures. This story tries, but is missing the relatable sweetness of better Pixar films. My kids (and me and my wife) were bored by this movie and never wanted to watch it a second time, which is a dead giveaway that something is off.

As a dinosaur lover myself and this being one of the most beautiful looking Pixar movies in my opinion I did not like this movie that much which is sad because I like most dinosaur movies I've seen and this is one of Pixar's worst movies I was just expecting a lot more from Pixar but whatever.... also drug jokes

I give the good dinosaur a 4.9/10 Pros: I love that water animation, I like the designs, some parts are funny, ah drug jokes not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing Cons: honestly this is a weird f**king movie, why is this movie so depressing, at some parts this feels like an illumination movie for some reason and that's not good, this movie is so underwhelming, I was bored so much while watching this movie
