The experiment started with a simple idea: if you had the equipment and the ambition, could you convince another person that they're being haunted? THE GOOD NEIGHBOR follows two teenage boys as they attempt to do just that. Through a series of escalating “haunts”, the boys prod an elderly neighbor further and further in order to get a reaction. As their suspicions grow and the tension mounts, they realize too late that the man they're manipulating is the last person they should've chosen for their project.

Most bad reviews are because of the ending, it is not expected, but very interesting. You will see what I mean. The movie was great, NOT A HORROR, it is a thriller with a giant mystery. It does have a couple of scary-ish moments but are kept at a minimum. It is very intense and fun to watch. It is one of those movies that keep you thinking but by the end of the movie it actually all makes sense. It is worth re-watching to catch some things you probably missed on the first go. Overall great movie and really enjoyed it.

most bad movies ever!!!!! they both should have gone to the jail. they deserved that!!! there is no moral and respectful towards elderly. parents is giving a big contribute of their children characteristic and personalities!! failed as parents thats all i can see
