Abandoned by his own country for having the courage to speak against its corrupt leadership, a military commander is pushed into a deadly situation as an enemy's monstrously large army approaches to lay seige. Inspirational and compelling, this film is an elaborate and imaginative retelling based on true events. It's easy to get swept into the action, drama, and suspense with these well-developed characters and plot.

There was a limited showing of this movie in theaters and I stumbled across it. I took a chance on an all Korean, two hour and fifteen minute movie. I was pleasantly surprised by the great story, awesome acting, and engaging action. Immediately after I saw the movie, I was online looking for a DVD or digital copy to buy. This is a movie I'll gladly watch over and over.
