A bawdy comedy with dramatic overtones in which the FBI secretly releases master of disguise con man Joe Murky from prison to track down his abducted niece. She is held by the elusive human trafficker Chang, who grabbed her in retaliation for funds that Murky ripped off. The Feds are counting on Murky's unique resourcefulness to lead them to a conviction of Chang - a potentially career-ending long shot for the agent in charge. With the assistance of his longtime cohort and eccentric make-up artist Max; Joe Murky, AKA: the Great Chameleon will pull no stops with his off-the-wall style of disguises as he nears his target. All the while, hampered by the overzealous and hapless parole officer Curry who has a personal vendetta.
