It's painful seeing a director you usually like (Q. Tarantino) create something so abysmal. The closest thing I can compare it to is an attempted remake of some actually well-done Westerns like "Once Upon a Time in the West". Except that movie was well-directed, and the actors in it weren't instructed to act below their capabilities. This isn't storytelling. It's a mockery of storytelling with cheap bylines attempting to create the illusion of belief.

A twisted version of Agatha Christie's type crime thriller with the Wild Bunch trapped in a cabin during a storm. Just imagine Samuel Jackson as Hercule Poirot solving the mystery. Also displays Tarantino's very strong matured film skills, still maintians to inject his morbid sense of humour and bloody violence. The ending definitely leaves you a little uneasy. Great cast and soundtrack by Ennio Morricone tops it off to be one of my favourites from Tarantino.

It was slow at the beginning but picked up, the movie was very long and descriptive which is a good thing, my jaw dropped at least 5 times just because of how SHOCKING some scenes were, very good plot and a satisfying ending. ANYONE WHO SAYS ITS BORING is a moron, they are probably stupid action whores, GREAT MOVIE FOR a mature person, I am ASTONISHED how people couldn't like this movie
